Craig grew up in Southern California, where he studied classical guitar at UCLA under the legendary Theodore Norman while also performing regularly with several rock bands in and around the Los Angeles area. Craig performed as the lead guitarist in the house band at the Troubadour in West Hollywood just a few summers after Linda Rondstadt played there.
In addition to his rock ‘n’ roll roots, Craig enjoys a variety of musical genres and has played in blues, r&b, swing, and jazz bands along with performing as a solo guitarist. He has also written, performed, and recorded soundtracks for several commercials, educational films, and documentaries. Over the past decade, Craig’s music has attracted a loyal following on social media, and his original solo guitar songs and arrangements can be found on Spotify and other music streaming services. Passionate about the benefits of playing an instrument and the healing power of music, Craig teaches guitar and is a volunteer instructor with CoachArt, a non-profit organization supporting families impacted by childhood chronic illness.
